Detecting RNAs secondary structure similarities

BEAGLE 2.0 allows users to input RNA sequences and optionally secondary structures, offering efficient searches across RNA structure databases, aiding in the identification of structural similarities through the use of experimentally supported secondary structures and pairwise secondary structures alignments Max 100 000 alignments allowed
The minimum accepted sequence length, for each comparison method, is 10 nucleotides!
